Geographic isolation continues to  be a key obstacle in getting the “GOOD NEWS” to the Yanomamö. Aircraft do cut travel time from days to sometimes just minutes. But with air support now cut off, Misión Padamo missionaries are having to spend days on the river to get their supplies and to visit key villages.   Due to the growing needs of the work and the lack of existing air support, we believe God is leading us to set up our own flight program.

Misión Padamo Aviation and Support was founded for the purpose of supporting and assisting missionaries and indigenous people of Amazonas, Venezuela. Our goal is to have this service stationed up in the jungle where it is most needed. There has been a missionary presence in Amazonas state since 1946, and aviation support since 1965. Since February 8, 2006, however, missionaries in Amazonas have been left with no air support.

MISION PADAMO AVIATION and SUPPORT is trusting the Lord to allow us to fill this void. We are looking for people who are willing to partner with us in this vital task.
